So what do we do?

Eight up
You only need to be eight to kick off with us. You also need to be able to swim two lengths of a 25m pool. You don't have to be fast or even good for that matter. We do the rest, we bring all the gear and will bring you through at your own pace.

You can expect to do at least one lifesaving and one lifesupport award in each season - if you are game you can generally do a lot more!

If you are interersted in joining us just drop is a mail by clicking here or ring/ text us on 086 1595 422

All trainers with us have come up though the ranks so they know what if feels like from the water - jump in and enjoy.
