Details of our lifesaving courses and programmes.

Courses are run from September to July for pool based lifesaving courses and from April to October for beach based lifesaving courses

All lifesaving courses are based in North Dublin

    So what do we do?

    Eight up
You only need to be eight to kick off with us. You also need to be able to swim two lengths of a 25m pool. You don't have to be fast or even good for that matter. We do the rest, we bring all the gear and will bring you through at your own pace.

You can expect to do at least one lifesaving and one lifesupport award in each season - if you are game you can generally do a lot more!

We are affiliated to Lifesavers (RLSS).

We offer members the opportunity to do all awards from their wide range of international qualifiations

    >The Lifesupport programme builds on your inital skills and introduces CPR skills on an adult and introduces the basics of CPR and treatment of choking, bleeding, shock and hypothermia.

We have included details of the steps we use for assessing and treating a casualty. This cannot replace training - remember you can do a course with us or if you prefer we can run a course for you, your community group or sports club - its what we are all about dont hesitate to ask.
