Lifesaving & Lifeguardiing in every format

What is iSthoee?
In 1996 sthoee became the first Irish Lifesaving and Lifeguard group to have a website, since then we have always embraced new technology both in Lifesaving & Lifeguarding and on the web. iSthoee is an experiment in seeing what technology works in a voluntary envoirnment. Read on for all the different things we have right now.

If you are one of us shout if you have new ideas.

But the strange thing is that nothing so far has been as successful as word of mouth and a 15 year old (and it was second hand when we got it) noticeboard. Sell below for everything you need to know about sthoee on mobile devices.

What is RSS?
Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is a great way of keeping up-to-date with sthoee.com. RSS will tell you when new information is available. You can tell if a site is RSS enabled by looking for the orange RSS logo. If you already know what to do the links are above or at www.sthoee.com/rss.xml

New to RSS?
To read RSS the first thing you need is a ready-made programme called a newsreader, these are no harder to use than email or your web browser. You can tell if a site is RSS enabled by looking for the orange RSS logo.

There are many different types of newsreaders available such as:

Windows | Newz Crawler | FeedDemon | Awasu
Websites | feedster.com | my.yahoo.com
Browsers| firefox | Opera
Email | gmail.com
Mac OS X |Newsfire | NetNewsWire

Sthoeetext

sthoee.com/mobile
The mobile site is now available for mobile internet on pda, 2.5 & 3 g mobile phones and, of course iMode. Just tune your mobile browser to www.sthoee.com/mobile The sites are configured for handheld devices and to be honest they just dont work on your PC - sorry !

SthoeeTV
Just strange enough to work. A gentle dip in video on-linestarting off with a few different videos in different format to try the software out!
