we know, we run both intensive and weekly courses for members. Priority
for all courses are given to existing swimmers and sthoee alumni -
(people who have done courses with us before). We appreciate that there
are many Lifeguards in Ireland who are looking for cost effective
courses - just send

for lots of community groups - if you are interested just contact us.
Information on defibrillators can be overwhelming - our volunteer
community AED team will be happy to assist you. Don't be ripped off,
AED is neither complicated nor expensive - we are a community group
here to help community groups
